COMMAND CENTER BRIEF

OPERATIONAL SUMMARY

Kurt Hogan is PL 30 before he steps into Heavy Powered Armor. That distinction matters. The suit does not make the Colonel dangerous; it gives a dangerous man enough protection to use telephone poles as anti-robot spears and enough battlefield presence to turn armored survivors into a line.

HISTORY // KNOWN RECORD

Hogan trains personally with his troops and expects them to survive contact with machines designed to erase ordinary infantry. His ring is part proving ground, part command language.

After Bruce pushed past exhaustion and landed the exchange Hogan did not expect, the Colonel answered with a single nod. Respect, from Hogan, is never verbal and never cheap.
